LINDA S. GUNN

Painting En Plein Air
Plein Air painting or Painting on Location as my water media classes were titled is a unique opportunity for me to illustrate my personal view of my surroundings. I want my paintings to depict my love of life and it's magic. I enjoy the planning of every painting. Often the planning takes longer than the actual painting.

I strive for an intriguing composition with strong value contrast. The use of light and placement of color is imperative for every painting.
